• A major UK-based oil and gas company in connection with its issuance of US$750,000,000 senior notes.*
• A leading European logistics and commercial real estate company in connection with its inaugural issuance of €300,000,000 senior notes.*
• A private, equity-owned home security company in connection with its issuance of €525,000,000 senior secured notes.*
• The initial purchasers in connection with the issuance of US$960,000,000 senior secured notes and £400,000,000 senior secured notes by a British luxury automotive manufacturer, as well as the notes purchasers in connection with the issuer’s two private placement follow-on offerings.*
