Beth Anne Scheel

BETH SCHEEL represents employers throughout all phases of employment litigation in California and federal courts, including large-scale wage and hour class action defense, discrimination, harassment, accommodation, appellate work, mediation, and administrative charges. She provides advice and counseling on a wide variety of personnel issues and compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations, oversees wage and hour audits, conducts job analyses, and supports corporate-training initiatives.
