JULIE ANN ROSENBERG LAMM focuses her practice on a diverse range of leveraged finance transactions, advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, public and private borrowers, and alternative capital providers in both acquisition and non-acquisition contexts. Her practice encompasses a wide range of financing transactions ranging in size from US$10 million to over US$30 billion, including secured and unsecured financings, syndicated and privately placed financings, recurring revenue-based facilities, cross-border financings, and intricate transactions involving concurrent acquisitions, combinations of unrelated companies, spin-offs, carve-outs, and fund financing structures. Additionally, she has extensive experience in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings, handling complex liability management and other capital structure transactions.
Before joining Sidley, Julie Ann worked as a finance associate at another prominent global law firm and also served as an assistant vice president at a multinational investment bank.
She holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she served as a staff editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law.
