PHILIP ROBBINS focuses his practice on privacy and cybersecurity matters. He has experience in cyber incident response and data privacy compliance.
Philip received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a Technology Law and Policy Scholar and Law Fellow. He received an M.P.S. in Strategic Cyberspace Operations and Information Management from George Washington University and holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia. He also completed a pro bono fellowship with the litigation team at Everytown for Gun Safety.
Prior to law school, Philip served as a cryptologic warfare officer in the U.S. Navy for seven years. He supported the National Security Agency and U.S. Cyber Command while stationed in Fort Meade, Maryland and Honolulu, Hawaii.
