RUDY RAMIREZ focuses his practice on the representation of private equity clients and public and private companies in complex corporate and transactional matters, such as mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters.
During law school, Rudy received a J.D. Specialization in Business Law, served as the senior publishing editor of the UCLA Law Review, Vol. 70, and was also a former staff member for Vol. 69. He also served on the Board for the Moot Court Honors Program as the problem developer.
Earlier in his career, Rudy worked in commercial real estate, where his responsibilities included asset valuation and the representation of real estate developers and asset managers in appealing their properties’ tax basis. In addition, he worked as a financing originator for a private REIT.
