• Representing Antigua and Barbuda before the International Court of Justice (ICJ), in an advisory proceeding concerning climate change and its impacts.
• Representing the African Union before the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS), in an advisory proceeding concerning climate change and its effects on the marine environment.

International commercial arbitrations

• Represented an Indian promoter group and international PE firms in a Singapore-seated SIAC arbitration arising from a shareholders agreement in the payments sector.*
• Represented investors in a Mumbai-seated MCIA arbitration in the education sector in relation to fraudulent diversion of funds.
• Represented a Slovenian power company before the Bombay High Court for post-award reliefs in a Singapore-seated ICC arbitration.*

White collar crimes and investigations

• Led investigations into a whistle-blower complaint against a multinational commercial real estate company in collaboration with the company’s U.S.-based attorneys.*
• Represented consortium banks seeking recovery of assets in India’s largest banking fraud before the Debt Recovery Tribunal and the Special Court for prosecuting fugitive economic offenders.*
