Bonnie’s clients are typically major financial institutions acting as lenders and administrative agents involved in substantial transactions, such as the acquisition, refinancing, and restructuring of prominent properties and portfolios. Her work includes financing of luxury hotels, office buildings, resorts, data centers, industrial properties, and mixed-use developments located in key markets and major cities across the United States and internationally. Her work also involves high-profile deals in the hospitality industry, including large-scale hotel chains and resorts.
Bonnie’s experience includes the financing of a wide range of commercial properties, ranging from single trophy assets, pooled portfolios, multiuse projects, and whole-company transactions to transitional properties and development projects.
