ALEXANDRA MUSHKA represents clients in commercial litigation, arbitration, and government investigations. Alexandra also advises clients on regulatory matters with a focus on data privacy and the governance of Artificial Intelligence.
Alexandra earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School where she was an executive editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy and an articles editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology. She was a member of the inaugural board of the Harvard Law School Blockchain and FinTech Initiative.
Prior to joining the firm, Alexandra worked in public relations for technology companies. She earned her B.S. with High Distinction from the University of Toronto, where she was actively involved in undergraduate scientific research.
