ROCHELLE MULONDO advises clients on technology transactions, intellectual property, software development, licensing, commercial agreements, and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Rochelle earned her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she focused her efforts on technology law-related studies and opportunities and served as co-chair of the Black Law Students Association (BLSA). During law school, Rochelle served as an in-house legal intern at a multinational technology company, where she worked on real estate and commercial transactions.
Prior to attending law school, Rochelle worked for a public affairs firm, advocating and winning public support for statewide and national policy campaigns on behalf of ride-share technology companies, unions, and other Fortune 500 private and public companies. She also previously worked as a program and policy health consultant, leveraging her policy research skills to implement a Section 1115 Medicaid pilot program.
Rochelle earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of California, Merced in public health.
