CATHERINE MUIR focuses her practice on cybersecurity, cyber resiliency, internal investigations, incident preparedness and response, and information governance.
Catherine advises organizations on significant cybersecurity and resiliency matters, including destructive malware incidents and operationally impactful events, and leads internal investigations related to complex cybersecurity matters, including zero-day vulnerabilities and trade secret theft. She advises clients in numerous industry sectors, including retail, automotive, technology, the financial services, and healthcare sectors.
Catherine is a frequent conference and workshop speaker, thought leader, panel moderator, and participant for legal, regulatory, and policy issues in automotive cybersecurity and autonomous vehicles.
Catherine received her undergraduate degree, with honors, from Miami University and her J.D., with honors, from Vermont Law School.
Prior to joining the firm, Catherine was counsel at another international law firm and senior counsel at Sprint Corporation.
