Adi Milstein

ADI MILSTEIN focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate governance, and shareholder activism work.

Prior to joining Sidley, Adi worked as a legal intern in the criminal division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.

Adi received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from Columbia University. While attending Georgetown University Law Center, Adi served as an editor of the Journal of National Security Law & Policy.

• Global Container International (GCI), a leading lessor of marine intermodal containers, in its acquisition by Triton International Limited, the world’s largest lessor of intermodal freight containers, for a total transaction value of over US$1 billion.
• DCLI BidCo LLC, the direct parent of Direct ChassisLink, Inc. (“DCLI”), in connection with its high-yield Rule 144A offering of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 7.750% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2029.
• Funds advised by Wafra Inc. in the pending acquisition of Aquila Air Capital from funds managed by Warburg Pincus LLC.
