JOESEPH MCNALLY is an associate in the Healthcare group of the firm’s Chicago office. His practice focuses on healthcare enforcement and litigation matters.
Prior to joining Sidley, Joe served as a legislative staffer in the United States Senate and House of Representatives. In these roles, Joe handled health policy matters, including issues pending before the House Energy & Commerce Health Subcommittee and the Senate Committee on Aging. His work focused especially on the Affordable Care Act, prescription drug pricing, and addiction treatment. Joe also served as a Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) Fellow at Legal Aid Chicago, where he worked in the Public Benefits Group.
Joe received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, cum laude, and his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. While attending law school, Joe interned for the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
