CHLOE LUSTIG’s practice focuses on complex corporate matters in a variety of industries, with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
Chloe participated in Sidley’s Pro Bono Fellowship, working for the Alliance for Children’s Rights in Los Angeles. There, she helped families navigating the foster care system secure essential funding and advocated for foster care youth at the policy level.
During law school, Chloe was staff editor of the Annual Survey of American Law and professional development co-chair of NYU Law Women. Chloe was also a judicial extern for Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald of the Hawaiʻi Supreme Court. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Chloe taught 8th grade U.S. history as a Teach for America corps member.
