SCOTT LOWDER focuses his practice on regulatory and commercial litigation, government enforcement actions, and investigations. He has experience in drafting appellate briefs, including at the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
During his time in law school, Scott was an executive editor of Vol. 42 and articles editor of Vol. 41 of Yale Law & Policy Review, as well as a bulletin editor of Vol. 41 and lead editor of Vol. 40 of the Yale Journal on Regulation. He received the Edward D. Robbins Memorial Prize for his student note that will be published in the forthcoming issue of Yale Law & Policy Review. He also worked for the Reproductive Rights & Justice Clinic as a student attorney and as a judicial intern for The Honorable Judge Amit Mehta of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Scott worked in crisis and brand management consulting, advising Fortune 100 companies, global political leaders, and non-governmental organizations.
