Biography

LINDA LI represents a variety of clients in corporate transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate and board governance, and private equity transactions.

While attending Columbia Law School, Linda was a staff editor of the Columbia Journal of Race and Law. She received her B.A., with honors, in business administration from Ivey Business School at Western University. Through the Ivey International Exchange Program she completed undergraduate coursework at Guanghua School of Management at Peking University.

Linda is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
