Biography
HAYOUNG LEE focuses her practice on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and corporate governance compliance matters.
Hayoung earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School. During law school, she served in the Harvard Transactional Law Clinic providing legal assistance to entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations on business formation and legal compliance.
Prior to law school, Hayoung worked as a financial analyst at a financial technology company.
