JAKE LANDRETH focuses his practice on all aspects of corporate restructuring, including bankruptcy court proceedings, out-of-court restructuring and workouts, and bankruptcy-related litigation.
Prior to joining Sidley, Jake served as a law clerk for The Honorable J. Kate Stickles of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Jake earned his J.D. from the Notre Dame Law School, where he was the editor-in-chief of the Notre Dame Journal on Emerging Technologies. He received his B.A. at Creighton University, where he was a member of the university’s cross country and track and field teams.
