DINA KANG focuses her practice on advising clients on transactional matters related to life sciences and technology, including licensing, mergers and acquisitions, and other commercial agreements. Prior to joining Sidley, she was a corporate and securities associate at another international law firm.
Dina earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. While in law school, she was a legal intern for both Microsoft and Marvel Entertainment as well as a participant in Columbia’s Copyright Dispute Resolution externship. Dina also worked as a search engine optimization analyst for TripAdvisor before law school. She earned her B.A. in Classics from Harvard University, where she was a recipient of the Classics Department Prize.
