AMANDA IBRAHIM works with clients on a variety of capital markets transactions and corporate matters. Her work focuses on secured transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and transactions representing sellers and buyers in the private and public space. Amanda’s capital markets work focuses on representing both underwriters and public issuers, investment banks, and private equity firms all in connection with public offerings, registered offerings, and private placements of equity and debt securities. She has represented clients in a variety of industries such as renewable energy, battery storage, midstream and downstream, waste management, life insurance, and consumer products. Alongside her corporate work, Amanda provides pro bono assistance to immigrants seeking asylum or other forms of status.
Amanda graduated summa cum laude and with special honors from Oakland University where she received her B.A. in political science. She received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School where she was granted a Dean’s Scholarship.
