JENNY HARGRAVES’ experience covers a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Jenny has particular experience advising on discrimination and harassment law, including best practices for employers and support with policy drafting and implementation.
Jenny also provides support to Sidley’s Corporate group, advising on the employment law issues that arise in the context of national and cross-border transactions.
Jenny was previously an associate in Sidley’s London Employment Team, during which time she focused primarily on advising corporate clients on the employment aspects of cross-border transactions. Prior to rejoining Sidley in 2024, Jenny worked as in-house counsel for an international insurance broker, and spent some time working for a legal charity as well as in the London office of another U.S. law firm.
