Lucas J. Grisham

LUCAS GRISHAM focuses his practice on insurance and financial institutions, including transactional, regulatory, and corporate matters.

Lucas graduated from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was a clinical student in the Abrams Environmental Law Clinic. He received two B.A. degrees from Washington State University, where he studied Philosophy and Chinese Language & Culture. Before joining Sidley, Lucas was a PILI Fellow at the Greater Chicago Legal Clinic.

• Brookfield Wealth Solutions Ltd., a leading provider of retirement services, wealth protection products and tailored capital solutions, in its reinsurance agreement with leading Japanese insurance company Dai-ichi Frontier Life.
