KRISTINA GLIKLAD defends clients in complex commercial disputes involving business torts and fraud, contracts, antitrust, and unfair competition.
Prior to joining Sidley, Kristina clerked for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She also worked as an antitrust associate at another firm, where she focused on private and government litigation, investigations, mergers, and antitrust counseling.
While in law school, Kristina was the managing editor of the Washington University Law Review and was a teaching assistant for antitrust law courses. Kristina externed with the Antitrust Bureau at the New York State Office of the Attorney General, assisting with the investigation leading up to State of New York et al. v. Deutsche Telekom AG et al. (T-Mobile/Sprint Merger). In 2019, Kristina received the NYSBA “Antitrust Law Section: Student Writing Competition” award. Prior to law school, she was a teaching assistant for Advanced Trial Advocacy courses at Columbia University.
Kristina is fluent in English, French, and Russian.
