  • a US$200 million investment in CF Finance Acquisition Corp. II, a SPAC that acquired View, Inc.
  • in connection with an investor group’s US$12 billion acquisition of McAfee Corp.
  • in connection with its Series D investment in Zymergen, a company engaged in the design, development and commercialization of bio-based breakthrough products, at industrial scale, where microorganisms create the biomolecules that are the key ingredients in those products.
• Represented Magna International Inc. in its $1.525 billion acquisition of the Veoneer Active Safety business from SSW Partners.
• Representation of Achieve Partners in its acquisition of a majority stake in Boclips, a global education rich media provider.
