BRITTNEY FOXHALL advises on a wide variety of corporate matters including corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. She earned her JD from the University of Chicago Law School in 2023, where she was member of the Black Law Students Association and served as a research assistant for Professors Sonja Starr and Emily Buss. She was a recipient of the Earl B. Dickerson Scholarship and was a 2L Diversity Fellow during her summer associate position.
Prior to attending law school, Brittney earned a B.A., cum laude from Howard University where she studied international business and became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She later earned a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan, and managed various policy matters for a labor union representing healthcare workers in Los Angeles.
