CONNOR EVANS represents companies and executives in connection with government investigations and regulatory enforcement actions, including cross-border matters involving the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice, and state attorneys general. He has represented clients in a variety of sectors, including financial, life sciences, healthcare, and technology and has experience conducting sensitive internal investigations and working on matters involving whistleblower allegations related to corruption and fraud.
Connor also has experience advising and representing financial institutions, investment banks, private equity funds, and publicly traded companies in a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions involving properties in the United States, Latin America, and Europe. These transactions involve the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of hospitality, sports and entertainment, infrastructure, industrial, and energy properties.
He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where Connor served as the co-executive editor and senior articles editor for the University of Miami Law Review. He was also a David P. Catsman Fellow at the Center for Ethics and Public Service and a Clinic Fellow at the University of Miami Investor Rights Clinic.
