LAUREN DUNN focuses her practice on complex corporate and transactional matters. She represents public and private companies, as well as private equity clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters.
Lauren worked for LA28 as part of Sidley’s Pro Bono Fellowship Program, where she handled a variety of transactional matters in preparation for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles. During law school, she served as a comments editor of The University of Chicago Law Review, and received the “Kirkland & Ellis Corporate Lab Award of Excellence” for her leadership as managing student director of the Corporate Lab, as well as for her excellence in corporate and transactional practice. Lauren also held leadership positions with the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, the Law Women’s Caucus, and the California Law Students Association.
During her undergraduate studies, Lauren served as a broadcast journalist for Annenberg Media and as an intern for USC Athletics.
