Biography
SCOTT DAWSON focuses his practice on the representation of sponsors, borrowers, investment funds, and financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions.
Prior to joining Sidley, Scott worked for another global law firm, where he completed rotations in the corporate, financial services, and real estate practice groups. He also worked as a relationship manager at a Canadian multinational financial services company.
