Biography
NATALIE CRAWFORD is a member of the Technology and Life Sciences Transactions practice group in Sidley’s San Francisco office. Natalie has experience working on a variety of technology transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, IP licenses, software development and licensing, outsourcing, and other commercial arrangements.
Natalie earned her J.D. from UC Berkeley, where she was a member of the Womxn of Color Collective and the Native American Law Students Association. She also served as an Editor-in-Chief of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. During law school, Natalie served as an in-house legal intern for a San Francisco-based technology company. She also worked with the East Bay Community Law Center, where she advocated for clients in the health and welfare space under attorney supervision through a student-run clinic.
