KOSTIAN CIKO focuses his practice on corporate and securities law matters and involves the representation of issuers and underwriters a variety of SEC-registered and exempt transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, and debt offerings, including convertible debt. Kostian also advises clients on corporate governance matters, public company reporting obligations and stock exchange requirements. Kostian spent a year in the firm’s London office where he advised issuers and underwriters in cross-border securities transactions.
While attending Northwestern University School of Law, Kostian was a development editor at the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property.
Kostian is fluent in Albanian and Greek.
