JEREMY CHILL’s practice includes representing clients in the offering and formation of alternative investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and REITs. Jeremy has represented investors and advisers in the negotiation of side letters, managed accounts, and other strategic investment arrangements. He also counsels institutional investors in connection with their investments in private funds and advises registered funds and investment managers in connection with ongoing legal and regulatory compliance with the securities laws.
Jeremy holds a degree in political science, magna cum laude, from CUNY Queens College. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served as editor of the Harvard Business Law Review.
