R.J. CARLSON has represented underwriters, issuers and credit enhancement providers in a variety of structured finance transactions, encompassing both public and private offerings of securities in domestic and cross-border transactions. R.J. also regularly advises clients on the application of the Uniform Commercial Code to a broad range of financings.
R.J. primarily represents underwriters and certain issuers in securitizations of auto, equipment and residential mortgage assets. In addition, R.J.’s recent experience includes advising clients with respect to credit risk transfer transactions and purchases and sales of auto receivables and residential mortgage loans.
