MOLLY BYMAN represents public and private companies across industries in corporate and transactional matters, including public and private acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and other general corporate matters.
Molly earned her J.D. from Duke University Law School where she served as the Director of Legal Services of the Economic Justice Project and, as a visiting student at Southern Methodist University in the Fall of 2021, Molly was a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Harlin Hale of the Northern District of Texas, U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
Prior to law school, Molly earned a B.A. in international studies from Boston College, where she graduated from the Honors Program, cum laude and on the dean’s list. After graduating from Boston College, she joined Teach for America and taught middle school English and special education.
