S. ALEXANDRA BIELER focuses her practice on commercial litigation.
While attending Fordham University’s School of Law, Alexandra served at the editor-in-chief of the Corporate and Financial Law Journal. In 2022, the Journal published Alexandra’s note, “Peeking Into the House of Cards: Money Laundering, Luxury Real Estate, and the Necessity of Data Verification for the Corporate Transparency Act’s Beneficial Ownership Registry.”
While at Fordham, she also interned for Judge Claire C. Cecchi in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and spent a semester as an extern for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission in the Division of Enforcement.
Prior to law school, Alexandra graduated from the University of Chicago with a degree in Classical Studies, and worked for another global law firm as a legal assistant in banking and litigation.
