KELLY BARRETT has 18 years of experience focusing on complex eDiscovery matters and all parts of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model. Kelly consults with clients on eDiscovery best practices and advises on solutions such as how best to use technology-assisted review.
Kelly has worked on a wide variety of matters, including U.S. Department of Justice second requests, class actions, whistleblower investigations, internal investigations, employment disputes, regulator-driven investigations, and IP litigation. She has managed global teams of contract lawyers and supervised hundreds of matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Kelly worked as a director at a legal operations and compliance consulting firm. She also spent two years in-house at a financial services company.
Kelly received a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, a B.S. in natural resources and environmental sciences from the University of Illinois, and a Project Management Certificate from DePaul University.
