Sidley is representing Woodward, Inc. (NASDAQ: WWD), a leader in aerospace and industrial energy control solutions, in its acquisition of aircraft equipment manufacturer Safran’s electromechanical actuation business. Woodward is acquiring Safran’s business based in the United States, Mexico, and Canada, including certain assets related to its Horizontal Stabilizer Trim Actuation systems for aircraft, which provide stabilization to support safe and efficient flight.
