Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC, UBS Securities LLC, and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as bookrunners in connection with the inaugural SEC-registered offering by Woodside Finance Limited of US$1.25 billion 5.100% Senior Notes due 2034 and US$750 million 5.700% Senior Notes due 2054, each guaranteed by Woodside Energy Group Ltd. The deal closed on September 12, 2024. Woodside Energy Group is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and is one of Australia’s leading energy companies, with a focus on petroleum exploration and production. Following its merger with BHP’s petroleum business in 2022, Woodside has become a larger supplier of energy to the world through an expanded global portfolio. Woodside’s Australian portfolio consists of operated and non-operated oil and gas projects across Australia and its international portfolio includes assets in the Gulf of Mexico, the Caribbean, and Senegal.
