The Sidley team was led by Chris Abbinante, Joe Michaels, and Leigh Rorick (M&A and Private Equity), and included James Smith and André P. Rouillard (M&A and Private Equity); Stephanie Dobecki and Alexander Koster (Insurance); Scott Pollock and Jennifer Waclawik (Tax); Dave Mollo-Christensen and Richard Schneider (Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation); Terri Reuter, Natalie Chan, and Vera Iwankiw (Labor and Employment); Liz McCloy, S.
