James E. Croke and Daniel F. A partner in our Chicago office, James represents commercial banks, direct lending funds, investment banks, hedge funds, insurance companies, public and private companies, and private equity funds and their portfolio companies. He provides legal guidance for these clients in a wide range of financing transactions, including senior secured and unsecured credit facilities, first lien and second lien transactions, syndicated and bilateral financings, unitranche financings, mezzanine financings, and cash flow, asset-based and split lien transactions, as well as workouts, restructurings, debtor-in-possession facilities, and other distressed financings.
Daniel, senior managing associate in our Dallas office, focuses his practice on asset-based and cash flow lending, borrower representations, syndicated and leveraged finance, and workouts and restructurings. He regularly represents public and private company borrowers, private equity sponsors, direct lenders, and lead arrangers.
