The Deal Awards 2022. This is the second consecutive year the firm has received this award.
Further, two Sidley deals were also recognized at the ceremony. Sidley client Clearlake Capital’s
acquisition of Chelsea Football Club received the “Private Equity Deal of the Year” award, and Amazon’s US$8.45 billion acquisition of MGM was named an “Outstanding Deal of the Year.”
