TYLER WOLFE focuses his practice on the representation and defense of public companies in government investigations and class actions in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration. Tyler has represented clients from a variety of industries, including ecommerce and financial services, but he spends the majority of his practice advocating for clients in the life sciences industry. His recent work has centered around investigations and disputes concerning immuno-oncology clinical trials, DNA sequencing, and drug manufacturing.
Tyler is versed in all stages of litigation, arbitration, and government investigations. He has taken the pen in nearly every stage of briefing at the trial court and appellate levels including work on petitions for writs of certiorari with the United States Supreme Court. Tyler has handled matters under investigation by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Food and Drug Administration, as well as state agencies, including preparing witnesses for testimony.
Tyler earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he served as co-chair of the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association’s Law Student Congress and as a student director of the East Bay Community Law Center’s Name and Gender Change Workshop. In addition, Tyler was an appellate team member of Berkeley Law’s Board of Advocates through which he represented Berkeley Law at the National Appellate Advocacy Competition. He graduated law school with Pro Bono Honors with Highest Distinction and was awarded Berkeley Law’s Prosser Prize for Constitutional Law.
