TAYLOR SHUMAN focuses her practice on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, as well as corporate governance and securities compliance matters.
Taylor earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Chicago-Kent College of Law as the valedictorian of her class and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she was a notes and comments editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review and was vice president of the Moot Court Honor Society.
Taylor earned her B.A. in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with Distinctive Scholastic Achievement.
