EMENIKE OMEYE advises financial institutions, corporations and private equity sponsors on a wide variety of debt and equity capital market and corporate finance transactions, bond financial restructurings and other U.S. securities law matters.

Prior to joining Sidley, Emenike was a member of the U.S. Corporate Finance team in the London office of a Magic Circle firm.
