SAMIRA NEMATOLLAHI focuses her practice on the representation of issuers, sponsors, underwriters, and financial institutions in a variety of finance transactions.
Prior to joining Sidley, Samira worked as a legal intern at a legal services non-profit that focuses on tenant's rights in New York City.
While attending the University of Virginia School of Law, Samira served as an editor of the Virginia Law Review. She also participated in the State and Local Government Policy Clinic where she worked with a Virginia state representative to expand the Virginia Literacy Act, supporting evidence-based literacy instruction in elementary and middle schools.
