Ashley’s recent experience at Sidley includes:

• Representing Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners and Oryx Midstream Holdings LLC, a portfolio company of Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners, in a joint venture with Plains All American (Nasdaq: PAA and PAGP) of their respective Permian Basin assets, operations, and commercial activities.
• Represented Swift Current Energy, a private renewable energy developer, in connection with a joint venture with Enel Green Power to develop a 185MW nameplate capacity wind farm in Illinois.
• Represented NuStar Energy L.P. in its US$750 million term loan agreement with funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P.
• Represented Oryx Midstream Services LLC, a portfolio company of Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners, in its acquisition of the Outrigger Crude Oil Gathering System in the Permian Basin from a subsidiary of publicly traded Targa Resources Corp., for a purchase price of US$135 million.
