JERILYNNE MING focuses her practice on preparing competition filings and pre-merger compliance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, as well as identifying filing obligations in foreign jurisdictions worldwide. She has extensive experience in responding to Civil Investigative Demands and Second Requests issued by the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice.
Jerilynne received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy. She graduated from The University of Virginia with a B.A. in English.
Prior to joining the firm, Jerilynne was a senior staff attorney at another international law firm where she managed large, complex securities, litigation, and antitrust cases, specializing in discovery, witness preparation, production, privilege log best practices, fact development, and all aspects of data collection and e-discovery.
