- Representing oil refineries in litigation over the scope of the hardship exemption for small refineries under the Renewable Fuel Standard.
- Representing a plastics manufacturer in litigation over the scope of a consent decree under the Clean Water Act.
- Representing a common carrier in litigation over the standard of liability for export-control violations under the Export Control Reform Act.
