William Mahouski focuses his practice on corporate and securities transactions, with particular emphasis on structured products.
Will has worked on the development of new structures with linkages to an array of underlying measures such as equities, commodities, and currencies. He has also directed the preparation of disclosure for various proprietary indices that are ultimately used in a variety of structured products.
Will has worked on and represented clients in a variety of other matters, including, but not limited to, exchange-traded notes, various underwriting/dealer/platform agreements, a foreign issuer commercial paper program, a registered structured warrant program, a bank note and several bank CD programs, and multiple medium-term note programs. Further, he has represented clients in reviewing the regulatory issues for online platforms that offer structured notes to broker-dealers and certain institutional investors.
