BRADLEY S. FENNER rejoined Sidley’s San Francisco office in 2001. Mr. Fenner practices in all areas of corporate and securities law. His principal area of practice is corporate finance.
Mr. Fenner represents various underwriters and issuers across a broad range of industries in public and private securities offerings, consisting of a wide variety of debt, equity, and hybrid instruments. He also represents financial institutions and public and private companies in public offerings, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, recapitalizations, and regulatory matters.
Mr. Fenner has published “The EPA Proposal: Adding the Element of Certainty to CERCLA Lender Liability,” 25 J. Marshall L. Rev 349 (1992). While at The John Marshall Law School, Mr. Fenner served as Associate Editor of Lead Articles for the Law Review, a member of the Moot Court, and was awarded the Fred F. Herzog Academic Scholarship.
