Recent examples of Molly’s work include advising:

• Ebix, Inc., a global software and technology company, and certain of its affiliates in their Chapter 11 cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, to address approximately US$700 million in funded debt obligations, through a successful asset sale and sponsored plan of reorganization.
• Macquarie Asset Management on its clients’ investment in £400 million in notes related to a portfolio of commercial ground leases. In this innovative transaction, the notes are secured against a portfolio of 55 ASDA supermarket sites across the UK.
• Atento in its successful UK Restructuring Plans.
• Sunac China Holdings Limited in its US$10.2 billion offshore debt restructuring.
• Recharge Industries, a portfolio company of Scale Facilitation, on its acquisition of certain assets of Britishvolt out of administration.
• Merced Capital on the restructuring and acquisition of the Telford Offshore Group.
• Modern Land (China) Co., Limited in the restructuring of its US$1.34 billion offshore dollar-denominated notes.
• Schur Flexibles Group, an international flexible plastic packaging manufacturer, on its successful financial restructuring.
• RiseSun Real Estate Development Co., Limited and its subsidiaries in the restructuring of the group’s offshore dollar-denominated notes.
• Travelex as legal secondee, working closely with the group’s General Counsel and the commercial legal team.
• A creditor on the sale of debt in a distressed multinational footwear corporation.
• On the administration of several companies within one of the UK’s largest independent healthcare groups.
• A public limited company on its takeover by an Australian investment group which was conducted by way of scheme of arrangement.
• A U.S. corporation on its £7.8 billion takeover of a telecommunications business by way of scheme of arrangement.
