REBECCA BROOKS represents individuals and corporations at all stages of litigation, with a focus on appeals.
Rebecca received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she served as an articles and essays editor for The Yale Law Journal and as a Coker Fellow. During law school, she worked for the Veterans Legal Services Clinic and the Saginaw-Chippewa Disenrollment Clinic.
Prior to law school, she received her M.Phil. in Political Thought and Intellectual History, with distinction, from Trinity College, the University of Cambridge, and her A.B. from Harvard College, magna cum laude with Highest Honors in History.
She will be clerking on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 2024.
